Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026 · Applies to RIGGED: Cheat the House and other Second Deal Studios games.
The short version: Our games do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal information. There are no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking. You don’t create an account, and you don’t give us any personal data to play.
Who we are
Second Deal Studios (“we”, “us”) is an independent game studio based in Canada. This policy explains how our games handle information.
Data stored on your device
Our games save data locally on your device only — it is not sent to us or to anyone else:
- Game progress — your run, settings, records, unlocked content, and in-game progress, so the game remembers where you left off.
- Anonymous gameplay logs — the game records events like rounds played and in-game choices to help us balance and improve the design. These logs contain no personal information and stay on your device. We do not automatically transmit them.
Uninstalling the game removes this local data from your device.
Purchases
Our games may offer an optional one-time purchase to unlock the full game. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or receive your payment details (card numbers, etc.). We only receive confirmation from Google of whether the unlock has been purchased or is included through Google Play Pass, so the game can enable it. Google’s handling of your payment and account information is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
What we do not do
- No advertising and no ad networks.
- No third-party analytics, trackers, or advertising IDs.
- No selling or sharing of personal data — we don’t collect it in the first place.
- No accounts, logins, or sign-ups required to play.
Permissions & network
The game may use your device’s vibration for haptic feedback (which you can turn off in Settings). It connects to the internet only to communicate with Google Play for purchases and entitlement checks. It does not send your personal data over the network.
Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will address it.
Your choices & data requests
Because we don’t collect personal data, there is nothing personal for us to look up or delete on our servers. All game data lives on your device and is removed when you uninstall. For any privacy question or request, email us — see below.
Changes to this policy
If our games ever change how they handle data, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
